Commercial Electronic Message Consent Information
Nowass sends commercial electronic messages about offers, campaigns, sales, promotions, and marketing only under applicable legal conditions and in line with your communication preferences.
Commercial-message consent is not a condition for purchasing or requesting a package or service and may be withdrawn free of charge at any time. This English version is provided for convenience; the Turkish text prevails in case of discrepancy.
Consent recipient and legal framework
The consent recipient is NOWASS YOL YARDIM VE DESTEK HIZMET SANAYI TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Commercial electronic messaging is managed under Law No. 6563 and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages published in Official Gazette No. 29417 on July 15, 2015.
Scope and channels
If you consent, Nowass may contact you through your selected channels about offers, campaigns, sales and marketing activities, special-day greetings, promotions, and service announcements. The channels covered by this consent form are SMS, e-mail, and phone calls; any other channel requires a separate, explicit, and traceable choice.
- Operational notices: order, payment, activation, service status, appointment, and security messages.
- Commercial messages: campaigns, packages, benefits, offers, advertising, promotions, and marketing content.
Operational notices required to perform an order or service are handled separately from consent for marketing communications.
Optional consent and withdrawal
Commercial electronic message consent is optional. You may withdraw it free of charge and without giving a reason through the opt-out method in the message, the Message Management System where applicable, or Nowass contact channels. An opt-out does not automatically stop operational messages required to provide the service.
Consent record
An active consent flow collects only necessary information and records the timestamp, text version, selected channel, and opt-out changes in an auditable manner. Viewing this page alone does not constitute consent.
