Account and Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion, destruction, anonymization, or account access closure for your Nowass account, mobile app registration, or app data.
Some service, payment, security, dispute, and statutory retention records may need to be kept for a limited period; in that case, we provide a reasoned response.

Scope
This page explains the account/data deletion channel used for Nowass mobile apps, provider app, web account, support, and service request flows in line with app store and Turkish data protection expectations.
- Closing an account or ending account access
- Deleting, destroying, or anonymizing personal data associated with the account
- Removing app device/push notification tokens and preference records
- Explaining statutory retention, security, fraud prevention, invoice, payment, or dispute exceptions
How to submit a request
Send your request to info@nowass.com.tr or use the Personal Data Request Form page. For account deletion, state the e-mail/phone associated with your account and the request subject where possible.
Deletion, anonymization, and retention
After verification, account access, profile and communication preferences, app device/push tokens, and non-operational data associated with the account are deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Records associated with service cases, invoices, payments, security, abuse prevention, disputes, insurance/claims, or competent authority requests may be retained where required by law, contract, establishment/exercise/defense of rights, or legitimate security purposes.
If all processing conditions have ceased, the deletion/destruction request is concluded within thirty days at the latest and you are informed. If processing conditions continue, the request is answered within the same period with the reason explained.
