Main characteristics of the service

Nowass provides roadside assistance, towing/transport, breakdown and technical response, parts/installation routing, driver-passenger support, digital notifications, and 24/7 call support packages or standalone services. The purchased item’s name, code, scope, price, validity period, and any usage limits are shown in the cart and service detail page.

Price, payment, and installments

The total price including taxes is shown at checkout. Card data is securely transmitted to PayTR; Nowass does not store card data. Installment options from 2 to 6 months may be offered at cash price with the finance difference absorbed by Nowass. For 7 to 12 installments, PayTR/bank program rates apply.

Delivery/performance and activation

Digital package or service activation starts after payment approval through system records and operations team verification. For field services, performance depends on operational conditions such as location, vehicle, weather/road status, partner availability, safety, and regional coverage.

Withdrawal right and exceptions

For service contracts, consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right starting from the contract date. If performance starts with explicit approval before the withdrawal period ends and the service is fully performed, the withdrawal right may not be available; if performance is partial, the used scope may be deducted from the refund.

See Cancellation and Refund Policy and Withdrawal Form for details.

Requests and disputes

You may submit requests and complaints through Nowass contact channels. For consumer transactions, consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts are competent within applicable monetary thresholds.
