Privacy Policy

Nowass processes personal data of website visitors, customers, candidates, business partners, and roadside assistance users securely, proportionately, and for defined purposes.

This policy is based on Turkish personal data protection law; GDPR rights are also considered for EU/EEA data subjects.

Controller and scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed through nowass.com.tr, nowass.com, contact forms, WhatsApp/phone routing, cart, checkout, service activation, call center, partnership, and career application flows.

Sharing, retention, and security

Data may be shared, in a purpose-limited manner, with payment providers, hosting and infrastructure vendors, e-mail/SMS/communication providers, call center and field-service partners, accounting/legal advisors, and competent public authorities.

Personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the processing purpose and in line with statutory limitation, accounting, commercial, consumer, and tax retention periods; after that it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Nowass supports data security through access authorization, record integrity, encryption/secure transfer, signed order records, authorized staff access, vendor controls, and incident response procedures.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law, you may request information about whether and how your personal data is processed, learn the recipients, request correction/deletion/destruction, object to certain processing, and claim compensation where applicable.
