Pre-Information Form

This form explains the essential information that must be provided before purchasing a Nowass package or service under distance-contract rules.

The product or service page, cart summary, total price, payment choice, and service scope shown at checkout form the transaction-specific part of this pre-information. This English version is provided for convenience; the Turkish text prevails in case of discrepancy.

Scope of pre-information

Before a distance contract is formed or the consumer accepts a corresponding offer, the main characteristics, seller/provider details, total price and additional costs, payment and performance terms, withdrawal right, contact channels, and dispute routes are presented clearly.

The seller or provider bears the burden of proving that pre-information was given. Transaction-specific information, displayed document versions, and the user's statement are associated separately with the transaction record.

The confirmed scope and transaction terms appear in the order record.

Withdrawal right and exceptions

For service contracts, consumers may withdraw within 14 days from the contract date without giving a reason or paying a penalty. It is sufficient to send the notice to Nowass in writing or through a durable medium before the period expires.

If performance begins at the consumer's express request before the withdrawal period ends and is completed, the withdrawal right may expire. Where there is partial performance or a used service, the value of the performed part may be considered as permitted by law.

See Cancellation and Refund Policy (opens in a new tab) and Withdrawal Form (opens in a new tab) for details.

Withdrawal notice, requests, and disputes

Send a withdrawal notice, request, or complaint to info@nowass.com.tr (opens in a new tab) or to the postal address in the seller/provider table.

For consumer transactions, applications may be made to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within applicable jurisdiction and monetary thresholds. Mandatory rights and venues granted to consumers by law remain reserved.
