Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellation, withdrawal, and refund practices for Nowass package and standalone service sales.

Each refund request is evaluated based on order code, activation/performance status, and payment result.

When cancellation is possible

  • Before payment is completed, cart and checkout steps can be cancelled freely.
  • After payment, cancellation may be evaluated before service activation or field performance starts.
  • Nowass may cancel and refund an order due to technical errors, pricing errors, out-of-coverage location, or safety reasons.

Withdrawal right

For service contracts, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days from the contract date without giving a reason. Withdrawal should preferably be sent by e-mail or another durable medium.

If the service starts with the buyer’s explicit approval during the withdrawal period and is fully performed, the withdrawal right may not be available. If partial performance or used benefits exist, the refund may be calculated after deducting the used service/scope.

Refund method and timing

For valid cancellation or withdrawal, refunds are made within the statutory period and, where possible, through the original payment method. Credit card refund posting times may vary by bank and card program.
