Subject of the agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale, activation, payment terms, withdrawal right, refund, and rights/obligations for the package or service ordered electronically by the buyer through the Nowass website.

Order, payment, and service scope

  • The order is completed through buyer information entry, approval of pre-information and agreement terms, checkout, and the PayTR payment result.
  • Each package or service has a unique Nowass code used in order, activation, reporting, and support processes.
  • Service scope is evaluated together with the product/service detail page, cart summary, order record, and any campaign terms.

Performance, safety, and service limits

Nowass field operations depend on safety, accessibility, regulations, vehicle condition, location accuracy, road/weather conditions, and partner availability. Where life safety or official emergency services are required, public emergency services must be contacted first.

Withdrawal and refund

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the service contract date. Withdrawal notices must be made in writing or through a durable medium. If the service starts with the buyer’s approval during the withdrawal period and is fully performed, the withdrawal right may expire.

For valid withdrawal or cancellation, refunds are made in accordance with applicable law and, where possible, through the same payment method. Bank/payment provider reflection times may be outside Nowass control.

Evidence and records

The buyer accepts that electronically given approvals, order and payment records, IP/log records, service activation records, and call records may be used as evidence in disputes.
